Raised ink, otherwise known as thermography, is a method of adding texture to printed products. Raised ink adds class and interest. Although not technically raised ink, one type of raising the image is UV Spot. This process applies a clear laminate over portions of the product to give it texture. True raised ink uses thermography powder that actually attaches to the ink, giving it a richer, crisper image. Raised ink is also a much less expensive alternative to UV Spot. Thermography can also be done on either one or both sides of most papers.

NCR (Carbonless Copy) is still a convenient way to write up, track and bill orders. How many parts do you need? We’re not limited to two or three parts like some printers. We can even print both sides.

The first step is graphic arts. We can work with your art or create new art for you. We double-check your artwork to make sure that it is ready to print. If the artwork is not print-ready, we will work with you until it is.

Next we make a plate using our ITEK camera.

Once we have the plate, it is time for the press. From the press, the product gets thermo powder and heat is applied.

Once the product is cut, we carefully package the final product.
